PureKernel Systems Limited has signaled its intent to solidify their market share in international education recruitment by appointing a new head for its academic recruitment division (known as PureKernel Education (PKE)).
Farhad Ahmed joins PureKernel Education with excellent experience of the academic recruitment industry having served as recruitment manager at Edge Hill University in Lancashire.
On the desire to establish PKE as a market leader in the field of Internationl academic recruitment, Farhad says "With universities in the Middle East aiming to attract and retain staff capable of delivery excellence with their academic faculties both in terms of teaching and learning and knowledge transfer within an increasingly globalised market, PKE will enable its clients to maintain their competitive edge by recruiting high quality academic candidates from the higher education section as well as from industry backgrounds through its global reach".
Farhad will spearhead PKE's drive to promote their services in the Middle East, with a specific focus on Saudi Arabia, which is presently undergoing a shortage of quality academic after the opening of a number of new higher education centers all over the country.
